Breeze Pool Projects renovated this expansive lap pool and spa, addressing every detail to cater to the owners' preferences. The outcome is a stunning pool that harmoniously enhances the surrounding area, serving as the focal point the entire backyard.
The renovation entailed a thorough revamp of the existing pool, which had faced structural challenges and deteriorating finishes. Originally, the pool featured dark blue tiles that were detaching, a Quartzon interior that had loosened, and coping in loose and poor condition.
the pool was emptied striped and completely refurbished, applying 48mm Origami Frost Mint tiles from The Pool Tile Company, which impart a fresh and vibrant blue-grey tint.
The addition of sleek Jupiter dropface coping, squaring of the once rounded corners for a modern touch.
The design priority both aesthetics and functionality, offering a spacious layout ideal for entertaining, complete with a spa and a shallow swim-out area suitable for all ages.
The owners, who utilize the property as a holiday home, desired a space for large gatherings to relax and socialize year-round. The modern design and features of pool, including the lap pool connected to the spa, create a perfect environment for swimming, lounging, and enjoying outdoor activities.
Breeze Pool Projects team navigated several challenges during the renovation, particularly regarding accessibility due to the pool's elevated position on a sloping lot.
We carefully dismantled the old structure and rebuilt it while preserving the surrounding wooden deck. With the renovation now completed, the owners can relish a low maintenance, high-quality pool that promises durability for years to come.
